## The same questions, all day and all night

Shops that sell on Facebook and Telegram answer the same questions all day: how much, which sizes, is it in stock, how much is delivery. Replies are slow when the owner is busy, and at night nobody answers at all.

Customers who wait buy somewhere else. The ones who do order leave their details somewhere in a long chat, and orders get lost.

## From first question to paid order

- **Replies in their language**: Khmer, English or a mix, the way customers really write.
- **Real stock and sizes**: Checks the shop’s own product list before it answers.
- **Delivery by district**: Quotes the fee and timing for each Phnom Penh district.
- **Takes the order**: Sums it up and sends a KHQR to pay.
- **Owner can take over**: Step into any chat at any time.
- **Orders on Telegram**: The owner gets each order as a message.

## How it’s built

- Built with Next.js, with the chat running on the server so keys and shop data stay private.
- Google Gemini writes the replies, but facts come from the shop’s own tools: stock, prices and delivery fees. It only states what those tools return.
- Rate limits stop abuse, and a fallback reply means the customer never sees a broken chat.
- Payment is by KHQR. In the demo it’s simulated and no money moves.
